More stranded passengers from Manila will arrive at the Bacolod Real Estate Development Corporation port in Bacolod City today.
Lt. Comm. Jansen Benjamin, Philippine Coast Guard-Negros Occidental head, said yesterday that 29 individuals boarded the 2Go vessel Saint Therese of the Child Jesus in Manila.
The vessel left Manila at about 11:48 a.m. yesterday and is expected to dock at Bredco port at 8 a.m. today, Benjamin said.
Yesterday, 302 locally-stranded individuals, authorized persons outside residence, and a returning overseas Filipino worker, arrived at the Bredco port on board 2Go St. Leo the Great.
These include six APORs and 261 LSIs from Negros Occidental, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz II said.
Diaz said seven are residents of Bago, Binalbagan – 12, Cadiz – 14, Calatrava – 6, EB Magalona – 3, Himamaylan – 6, Hinigaran – 21, Isabela – 9, La Carlota – 1, La Castellana – 14, Manapla – 7, Moises Padilla – 3;
Murcia – 10, Sagay – 17, San Carlos – 7, San Enrique – 3, Silay – 6, Sipalay – 16, Talisay – 2, Toboso – 3, Valladolid – 3, Victorias – 17, Kabankalan – 14, Ilog – 8, Hinobaan – 12, Candoni – 20, Escalante – 4, Cauayan – 4, Isabela – 2, and Pulupandan 4.*
