Victorias City in Negros Occidental will soon have a new Regional Trial Court branch.
This was after the House of Representatives approved on third and final reading House Bill 6328, authored by Rep. Francisco Benitez (Neg. Occ., 3rd District), creating an RTC branch in Victorias City.
This will help decongest the docket at the Silay RTC and ensure the speedy disposition of cases and administration of justice in the Metro 3rd district, Benitez said.*
