The Bacolod Sangguniang Panlungsod is requesting the Department of Public Works and Highways-Bacolod Engineering District, through district engineer Abraham Villareal, to expedite the road construction repair works along the Circumferential Road near the Bacolod City Government Center.
A resolution, authored by Councilor Wilson Gamboa Jr., also asked the DPWH to cause the installation of reflectorized warning signs during the construction of the project. It said the DPWH-Bacolod has authority over private contractors working on the construction and repair of the project along the Circumferential Road that is causing traffic congestion in the area and compromises the safety of motorists.*CGS
