The body of the fisherman who had been missing since Tuesday was found floating in the waters of Barangay 1 in Ilog town, Negros Occidental, at about 6 a.m. yesterday.
The body of Isagani Avansenia, 32, was found by a fisherman from Barangay 1 and was identified by his relatives, Lt. Comm. Jansen Benjamin, Philippine Coast Guard-Negros Occidental head, said.

Avansenia and his brother, Ivar, 35, went fishing Tuesday night, but their boat capsized when it got entangled in a fishing line.
Ivar survived when he managed to cling to the capsized boat and was rescued by a passing fishing boat. Isagani fell into the water and was missing for three days before his body was found.
The body was brought to the Sola Garcia Funeral Services, Benjamin added.*
