Twenty-one visual artists have an ongoing art exhibit at His Life Ministries event center at Sta. Clara Drive, Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City until April 11.
The show is organized by the Christian Artists National Various Arts Society, in partnership with His Life Ministries and the International Care Ministries.
Titled “Resurrection Lilies”, the art exhibit aims to raise funds for dialysis patients in Bacolod City, and feature the works of Arthur Bayles, Miriam Bayles, Chrysee Samillano, Pablita Nava, Patty Jane Ku Ong, Tina De Jose, Liezel Ferrer, Jonna Capulan, Zerma Himaya, Daniel Bayles, Jasper Bayles, Elijah Bayles, Karen Bayles, Mary Joy Lopez, Janice Madalag, Juliet Emperado, Rhea Emperado, Zechariah Guanzon, Jr., Divinia Penaflor, Agustin Tragico, and Robert Sumugat.
Pastor Danilo Mijares, national president of the International Christian Ministries, pastor Jobert Ramos – senior pastor of His Life Ministries, and pastor Arthur Bayles – senior pastor of the Geo Evangel Missions were guests of honor at the opening ceremony on April 6.
Ramoth Gilead, a Gospel band, rendered original Christian contemporary music and worship songs at the opening program.
Meanwhile, a group art exhibit, titled “Lingaw”, opened at the Modern Hut Cafe, Market Place near the Bacolod City Government Center on Tuesday. The show features the works of Arman Jan Ogaya, Sherwyn Cadianza, Michael Leoncio, Jan Michael Pedrosa, Hugo Fernandez, Tibor Show, Ida Vecino, Olive Torres, Wen Quilisado, Wara Ichi, and Armilina Jolie*
