An additional 10 Covid cases were reported among personnel of the Police Regional Office 6, as of Sunday, and that raised the caseload to 804, with the death toll now at five.
All of the fatalities had not been vaccinated.
Of the new cases, six came from the Iloilo City Police Office, two from the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office, and one each from the Capiz PPO and the National Support Units, the Philippine National Police Health Service said.
The PNP Health Service also reported 15 recoveries, including six assigned at NSUs, four at the Aklan PPO, three from NOCPPO, and one each for the Regional PNP headquarters and the Iloilo PPO.
Of the 150 active cases, the IPPO logged 41, NOCPPO – 29, Antique PPO – 18, RHQ – 16, NSU – 11, Guimaras PPO – 9, ICPO and Capiz PPO – 8, Aklan PPO – 7, and the Bacolod City Police Office – 3.
NOCPPO has the most number confirmed cases at 163, BCPO – 157, IPPO – 141, RHQ – 111, Antique PPO – 75, Aklan PPO – 74, NSU – 60, ICPO – 51, Capiz PPO – 48, and Guimaras PPO – 14.*
