6-year-old girl found dead

A 6-year-old girl, with hematoma and who was found in a canal in Barangay Estefania, Bacolod City, at about 10 p.m. Thursday, was declared dead on arrival at a hospital.


Mayor lifts lockdowns in 3 markets

Lower quarantine status for city sought
