Two minors were arrested with P47,600 in suspected shabu by Station 2 policemen in a buy-bust operation at about 6 p.m. Tuesday in Brgy. 1, Bacolod City.

P/Major Sherlock Gabana, Bacolod City Police Office spokesperson, said the suspects, aged 15 and 17, whose names were withheld for being minors, are residents of Purok Tuna in the barangay.

Gabana said the teenagers were arrested after one of them sold a sachet of suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer. Eleven more sachets of suspected shabu, weighing seven grams, were seized after their arrest.

The minors are now in the custody of the City Social Development Office.

Meanwhile, two men were injured when a feud broke out in Brgy. Taculing, Bacolod City, at about 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Investigation showed that Aljoe dela Cruz, 25, of Purok BM Taculing, was buying something from a variety store when his neighbor, Mark Claveria, 29, approached and punched him for no apparent reason.

Dela Cruz went home and told his relatives what had happened, and Joey dela Cruz, 45, looked for Claveria and confronted him.

Claveria got irked and shot Joey with a .9 millimeter pistol in the abdomen. The latter was rushed to the Bacolod Adventist Medical Center.

A few moments later, a certain Mark Torreno reportedly stabbed Claveria, who was brought to the Bacolod Doctors Hospital.

Police recovered an empty shell of .9 millimeter pistol and a 13-inch knife at the scene of incident.*
